I had the best experience today getting the head spa with Kaitlyn. I felt so relaxed from the moment I got in the room. Kaitlyn was very informative and gave me an in-depth of my scalp before and after. The treatment itself I could have sat there all day it was the most relaxing thing ever and so cosy with the heated blanket. I will 100% be booking again! Xx

I had an amazing head spa done by Kaitlyn a few weeks ago. I have the thickest head of hair and I’ve never felt so relaxed like it! Kaitlyn made the environment so cosy and made you feel so comfortable. Leaving you to wrap yourself in a towel with a heated blanket on top to keep you cosy. She is so knowledgeable and lets you enjoy your appointment and relax. It was the most relaxing appointment I’ve ever been too. My mum went the week after and said the absolute same. We couldn’t recommend this treatment and Kaitlyn enough! Lovely girl! Xxx

Today was my first (and won't be last) visit and was welcomed by Kaitlyn who talked me through the Japanese Head Spa. I always feel really nervous when attending first time appointments but Kaitlyn is exceptionally welcoming and puts you at ease right away. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I floated out of there. My scalp now feels lighter and a million times cleaner. The before and after photos are amazing too. Highly recommend, thank you for an incredible pamper session!

What can I say, fabulous, relaxing, amazing experience from start to finishing amazing surroundings!
Kaitlyn put me at ease from the minute my heated lavender eye mask went on, would recommend Kaitlyn and the Japanese head spa to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet.
It might have been my first but it certainly won’t be my last, home now with a much lighter, cleaner head and scalp that feels just amazing!❤️

100% would recommend. I booked in for the Japanese head spa and it was amazing! Lovely wee room and Kaitlyn was sooo welcoming and friendly. Don’t know where to begin. Had the Japanese head spa and it was an hour of complete relaxation. So relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Loved seeing my before and after photos of my scalp. Kaitlyn was so lovely and made me feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend
